Hello! My name is Becky, a 33-year-old Scottish woman living in the Netherlands and the face behind Bexy Bites. I moved here in 2017 to live with my husband and have enjoyed every minute of it. I am a very passionate lover of cooking, but baking is my passion. Treating my friends and family with my delicious creations is such a joy. 

At the end of 2020, with the support of many friends, I left my job of 3+ years to pursue my passion for baking and thus Bexy Bites was born. Originally a website I had to create and store recipes I found, now a full-running business to create a wide range of baking goods.

Aside from baking, I highly enjoy reading, doing yoga and having lovely walks and bike rides. I really enjoy everything about living in the Netherlands and wouldn’t see myself living anywhere else.
